Terms and Agreements

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and utilizing the RCPAY Payment Gateway ("Service"), you ("Merchant", "You", or "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreements. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. KYC and AML Compliance

RCPAY strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations mandated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete business and personal identification (Valid Government ID and DTI/SEC registration).
  • Account activation is contingent upon the manual review and approval of your submitted documents.
  • RCPAY reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts providing fraudulent or expired documentation.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the RCPAY Service to process payments for any of the following restricted activities:

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or unregulated pharmaceuticals.
  • Unlicensed gambling, betting, or lottery operations.
  • Adult content, escort services, or explicit materials.
  • Fraudulent businesses, scam operations, or unauthorized multi-level marketing (MLM).
  • Weapons, firearms, or explosives.

Any violation of this section will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of pending settlement funds.

4. Fees and Settlements

RCPAY applies processing and withdrawal fees to transactions. By using the Service, you authorize RCPAY to deduct applicable fees directly from your ledger balance.

  • Standard withdrawal/payout requests require a minimum amount of ₱50.00.
  • A fixed processing fee (e.g., ₱10.00) is deducted per withdrawal request.
  • Settlements are processed based on the banking hours of the respective financial institutions.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Master Password and API Secret Keys. RCPAY will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCPAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access to your data, or any technical downtimes from our third-party banking partners.

7. Modifications to Terms

RCPAY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify merchants of significant changes via the Merchant Dashboard. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
